Research Associate I/II/III, Immunology & Biomarker
Overview EnquBio, a dynamic technology-driven discovery and service company, is actively seeking a highly capable and self-motivated Research Associate to join our rapidly growing team in San Diego. As a key member of the Immunology and Biomarker Discovery team, you will play a critical role in advancing our scientific initiatives and contributing to the success of our drug discovery projects. Responsibilities Assist with ligand-binding assays including ELISA and MSD. Perform nucleic acid extractions, quality control, and Real-time PCR. Handle animal tissues, extract proteins, and perform western blotting. Assist in cell line and primary cell phenotyping using flow cytometry. Support in vitro immunology experiments, such as isolating PBMCs, activating T cells, differentiating macrophages, and more. Interpret data, communicate experimental findings, and produce comprehensive project reports. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures. Perform additional support functions as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in immunology, biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, or a closely related field. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Collaborative, proactive attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment. Capability to multitask across multiple research projects. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change. Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data analysis software.
