Atriano
Atriano is seeking a highly skilled IP Transport Engineer to architect, implement, and support resilient IP/MPLS transport networks across multivendor platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in routing technologies, network automation, and system-level integration within wireless and telecom environments.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in OAMP/FCAPS/OSS for EMS/NMS and RAN network elements. 1+ year experience in NFV environments (vCU/vDU, EMS/NMS virtualization). Experience designing, authoring, and implementing OSS solutions and upgrade MOPs in live networks. Hands-on expertise in Linux/Unix environments with shell scripting (Perl, TCL, Bash). Deep familiarity with SNMP, TNM protocols, Netconf/YANG, TR-069, RESTful APIs. Background in virtualization platforms (OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes) and their performance tuning. Understanding of 3GPP architecture, protocols, and RAN/Core interaction. Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize IP/MPLS transport solutions with high-availability and scalability. Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, SRv6) and MPLS services (L2VPN, L3VPN, RSVP-TE, Segment Routing). Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Ansible, and Shell. Integrate and support network management systems including SNMP, NetFlow, Telemetry, and SDN frameworks. Conduct lab testing of network hardware/software releases, simulate failure/recovery scenarios, and validate QoS/failover performance. Collaborate with IP Core, Transport, and Security teams to support end-to-end service delivery. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of network topologies, configurations, and operational procedures. Provide Tier-3 escalation support and deliver detailed RCAs in collaboration with R&D and support teams. Travel intermittently based on project needs.
