Key Responsibilities: Support the Executive Director in increasing occupancy, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining a waiting list for apartments. Stay updated on operational, competitive, and company data to respond effectively to inquiries. Achieve community sales and move-in goals as set by leadership. Develop and refine quarterly marketing plans. Engage with prospective residents, demonstrate benefits, overcome objections, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes. Collaborate with community managers to finalize residency contracts ensuring smooth transitions. Qualifications: 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals. High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred.
