As a Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) Specialist in the Acute and Community Care Setting, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse and innovative teams worldwide. Key responsibilities include: Executing Solventum Medical Surgical Solutions Value Proposition for
3M Negative Pressure Wound Therapy
in both Acute and Community Settings. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers and department leaders across clinical, procurement, and technical roles. Driving pre-tender market consultation, implementing tender contracts, and introducing new products. Supporting value-based pricing strategies to promote profitable growth. Creating value through a comprehensive approach including hardware, products, and services. Developing and executing business plans to prioritize account interactions, activities, and product penetration. Your Skills and Expertise
To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are required: Bachelors Degree or higher, with expertise and experience in Negative Pressure Wound Therapy. Additional preferred qualifications include: Degree in Life Science, Business, Clinical, or Nursing, or relevant experience. Clinical or sales experience with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy solutions/products. Ability to manage key accounts and opportunities via professional CRM processes. Valid Drivers License. Additional helpful skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce. Work Location & Travel
Remote, ideally based within the territory. Territory includes South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire. Travel may include up to 10% international travel. A company vehicle is provided, subject to ongoing motor vehicle history review. Legally authorized to work without sponsorship is required. Additional Information
