Basic functionality has been deployed province-wide for nearly 1,000 workers. The ITO is building an Application Management Services Support team for ongoing system support. Project Duties: Analyze reported defects and technical issues to determine solutions Develop solutions and enhancements Create associated unit tests, including automated tests Draft detailed design specifications or modify existing ones Estimate effort for development and testing Monitor production processes and suggest improvements Liaise with Cram experts, internal teams, business analysts, and subject matter experts Qualifications Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 3 years Java/J2EE development experience At least 1 year experience with model-driven development Commitment to become Cram Developer Certified at own cost (training provided after first year) Other Skills: Proficiency with Oracle and SQL Experience with Rational Rose or Rational Software Architect and UML modeling Experience with Java, IBM Websphere, and J2EE in client-server, multi-tier, and web environments Ability to produce technical documentation (specifications, operational docs, release notes, architecture docs) Experience with source code management Adherence to best practices and standards in development Strong troubleshooting skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Experience with Cram Case Management Software Additional Qualifications: Experience with AIX 5.3/6 Experience with Star Team Teamwork and collaboration skills Self-motivated and independent work ability #J-18808-Ljbffr
