Position Summary

We’re looking for a data-driven leader to serve as our

Senior Manager of Marketing Insights & CRM Analytics , responsible for turning data into strategic insight across our marketing ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in understanding customer behavior, optimizing acquisition and retention strategies, enhancing CRM performance.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Performance Analytics: Analyze and report on the performance of marketing channels (paid search, email, social, SEO, referral, and event marketing) against KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and conversion rates. Identify high-impact opportunities to scale. CRM Strategy & Optimization: Own the strategy and analytics for HubSpot, including campaign tracking, funnel performance, lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle workflows, and retention strategies. Customer Segmentation & Lifetime Value: Develop advanced segmentation models to uncover patterns in customer behavior and value. Leverage insights to personalize messaging, offers, and campaigns by audience. Campaign Testing & Conversion Optimization: Design and lead A/B tests and multivariate experiments across ads, email, landing pages, and nurture flows to improve engagement and drive sales-qualified leads (SQLs). Attribution & Funnel Analysis: Build and refine attribution models to understand how prospects move from initial engagement to conversion across touchpoints—especially through digital and direct sales channels. Forecasting & Budget Insights: Support marketing budget planning and forecasting by analyzing historical performance and predicting return on future campaigns. Dashboards & Data Visualization: Develop executive-level dashboards and automated reports for real-time performance monitoring using BI tools (e.g., Sprout, Tableau, Power BI). Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain data quality, consistency, and accuracy across marketing and CRM systems. Collaborate with IT and RevOps to improve database structure, integrations, and hygiene. Market & Competitive Intelligence: Research private aviation trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform messaging, pricing, and promotional strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Member Services to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and customer lifecycle strategies. Events & Marketing Leadership:

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing and event professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Skills And Abilities

Being a self-starter who is highly motivated with strong initiative Interpersonal skills with an emphasis on effective communication skills in both oral and written forms Accountability and having hard conversations Strong ability to problem-solve under pressure daily Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, and personal correspondence Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites Proficient critical thinking and presentation skills Basic Understanding of Computer Applications and Data Entries. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Work environment

Typical office and computer lab environment with frequent interruptions. Exposure to loud noises including airplane machinery and jet engines.

Physical demands

Ability to see and hear clearly Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Ability to regularly lift/move up to 20 pounds

Required Education And Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM strategy, or marketing insights, ideally within luxury, aviation, or high-consideration B2C industries. Proven expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM platforms. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, attribution modeling, SQL, A/B testing, and marketing automation tools. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing and event professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel modeling. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling strategies. Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset and executive presence.
