Salary: $2300 + Performance Bonuses Duration: 1 Year Working Days & Hours: 5 Days of the week (inclusive Weekends and PH) Location: Tampines / Bugis / Compass One Job Description: • Support and guide customers in creating their service ID. • Assist customers in downloading and setting up the service App+. • Provide guidance on using the service App+, including changing of bill plans and activating eSIMs. • Assist with SIMO CBP requests via the service App+ or microsite. • Help customers navigate and use the service microsite effectively. • Manage and assist with the Qmatic system for issuing queue numbers. • Respond to and assist with any other customer queries or concerns.
