The EARSS Grant Program Coordinator is part of a multidisciplinary team, providing educational services to students attending Third Way Center Joan Farley Academy and Joan Farley Academy - Lowry. The Coordinator shall perform responsibilities aligned with the mission and philosophy of Third Way Center, demonstrating sensitivity to cultural differences among children, families, and staff. At Third Way Center, we emphasize empowerment and advocacy in working with youth. 0.40 (16 hours/week) Duration:
January 2023 - June 2027, with potential continuation based on funding Roles and Expectations: Understand and adhere to the goals of the EARSS grant Engage community partners to provide programs aligned with grant objectives Coordinate scheduling of community activities and programs including internships and vocational courses Collaborate with school personnel for program implementation and evaluation Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting for grant performance measures Required reporting and paperwork for the grant are also part of the role. Attend TWC EARSS grant team meetings, cohort meetings, and related conferences as needed. Qualifications: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills Effective communication skills Computer proficiency Additional requirements include a valid Colorado driver’s license, a clean driving record, being at least 22 years old, and obtaining CPR/First Aid certification.
