New York MAIN PURPOSE As the Client Data & Insights Senior Manager, you will lead client data related projects and daily activities. You will be the client database subject matter expert, responsible for leading and developing client reporting, conducting overall client data analytics, and communicating client insights, intelligence and business recommendations. Key business partners include Client Engagement, Communication Activations, Commercial Performance, Retail Experience & Operations, Product Marketing, Strategic Planning, Business & Data Solutions, and the Commercial Network. YOUR MISSION Database Be accountable for the database oversight as well as all client data topics for Cartier North America Focus on continuous improvement of data collection, regular maintenance, cleansing, merging, quality monitoring and updates Ensure local client data governance, security and compliance adherence in partnership with the Data Solutions team Be knowledgeable of US and Canada data privacy laws and partner with boutique leadership to increase client data capture to support clienteling activities Reporting Manage all clienteling reporting for the commercial teams (boutiques and specialist retail) to ensure they are achieving their clienteling, MyClients, data capture and Cartier Care KPI objectives Develop a reporting cadence and provide regular analysis on clienteling efforts and client trends; support commercial leadership in monitoring the success of their teams’ Client Engagement activities and in reinforcing or adjusting where required Lead partnership with HQ on client data related topics, projects and reporting; prepare regular reporting and insights on North America clients and database Be the project lead on all database and client data related projects; be the subject experts on tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Looker and other platforms Insights Lead education and adoption of client data intelligence and understanding across the business and across channels Identify, analyze, interpret and present the performance of all client related KPIs, activations, intelligence and insights Recommend solutions and insights that influence client loyalty, acquisition and retention with an omni lens; initiate and oversee the development of ad hoc tools (e.g. client lists) to support business development opportunities Serve as liaison with cross functional corporate teams on all client data needs and insights; help identify actions and recommendations YOUR PROFILE College degrees in Business, Marketing Analytics or related field 7+ years of experience in managing data and analytics projects Tech savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker High level analytical skills with focus on attention to detail Experience with customer analytics, databases, performance metrics and reporting, campaign management, data quality and compliance Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational skills Ability to work independently, apply critical thinking and proactive approaches, is adaptable and can work with and across different business disciplines Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Luxury experience a plus WE OFFER We care about our associate’s health and wellbeing and offer a comprehensive benefits program to support you and your loved ones. Expected salary:$125,000-$145,000
