Base pay range
$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr The role involves supporting and managing a cloud-based CRM platform used primarily by fundraising, service, and operations teams. You'll be expected to assist users, maintain system integrity, develop workflows, and enhance platform capabilities in collaboration with multiple departments. Key Duties Offer ongoing user support, system training, and assistance with technical issues. Handle day-to-day platform administration, such as user account setup, access rights, layouts, and data reporting tools. Configure permission structures, data access settings, and user roles to maintain a secure and scalable environment. Regularly clean and update data sets to maintain accuracy across the system. Review platform updates and assess relevant changes or improvements. Monitor and resolve data duplication, quality issues, and access discrepancies. Balance several responsibilities in a fast-paced setting with short turnaround times. Independently drive solutions with a strategic mindset and minimal direction. Develop metrics dashboards and reporting views aligned with department needs. Manage multi-step approval logic and automation. Import and process data from external sources using built-in and third-party tools. Coordinate seasonal platform updates and plan internal adoption of new features. Evaluate system health and compliance using built-in audit and security check tools Knowledge and Experience Strong familiarity with donor management features, sales workflows, and customer service tools within the CRM. Ability to build or refine system components like automated processes, report templates, user interfaces, validation logic, and security structures. Proficient in setting up self-service sites, portals, support tools (like chat and call center integration), macros, and categorized content libraries. Deep understanding of recurring donation tracking, fund allocations, campaign management, soft credits, and household data models. Experience using digital form platforms and document automation tools integrated with CRM. Skilled at gathering user needs, writing documentation, estimating effort, and understanding system-wide effects of changes. Strong communication abilitiesverbal and writtenfor both technical and general audiences. Understanding of CRM API usage and data integrations. Familiarity with managing application updates, environment health, and user access strategies. Technical Development Scope Design and build using platform-native programming languages and component frameworks. Develop modern interfaces with web component standards. Connect the CRM to external services through API calls and structured data flows. Follow structured development lifecycle practices, including testing, deployment, and version control. Use platform-specific development tools and release management features. Required Background Holds certifications in basic and advanced platform administration, as well as app development. Knowledgeable in tools for importing, cleaning, and manipulating data. Comfortable evaluating and configuring third-party integrations (maps, analytics, document tools, etc.). Maintains system compliance with security policies, including SSO, MFA, and access limitations. Assists marketing and communications teams with outreach campaigns and automated email systems.
