BRT Project Engineer
for our offices in
Fort Lauderdale, FL, Orlando, FL, Miami, FL , with a preference for South Florida candidates. Your Impact
Deliver transit design projects for regional partners. Design roadway projects from concept to construction. Provide technical support and project management for small to medium projects, including contract negotiation, scope, schedule, and budget management. Support larger projects as Deputy Project Manager, Task Manager, Segment Manager, or discipline expert. Assist local offices with technical expertise, including travel opportunities. Showcase your skills through industry conference presentations and publications. Contribute to business growth via relationship building, proposals, and business development. Manage technical staff. Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. P.E. License with 7-10 years of experience in roadway projects; BRT experience is a plus. Experience with transit agencies and transportation departments; FDOT experience is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Engineering. 40-Hour OSHA Health & Safety Training (HAZWOPER) preferred. Basic First Aid and Adult CPR training desired. About WSP
