Job Title:
Lead HCM Executive at Miracle Software Systems, Inc.
Position Description: Senior SAP Security Architect(s) will be instrumental in defining and driving security provisioning and access approach across the SAP landscape. This role will enable global planning, harmonize master data and security processes across regions, and add critical value to the organization. The architect will also support sourcing high-quality service parts and services worldwide, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.
Skills Required:

Skills Preferred:
SAP S/4 HANA
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years in SAP HANA Business Intelligence security design and support.
Experience Preferred: Over 6 years in SAP Security Design, Implementation, and Administration in SAP S/4 HANA. Extensive experience with SAP GRC v 12 Access Control, including Segregation of Duties, rule set configuration, MSMP, and BRF+ workflows. Knowledge of SAP security objects across modules (BC, FI, MM/IM, etc.) and understanding of related business processes. Familiarity with SQL, HANA, SAP cloud, on-prem environments, and HALM. SAP IdP experience is a plus.
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
Additional Responsibilities:
Implement and support SAP security roles for various SAP products/projects.
Administer SAP GRC configurations, rule sets, workflows, and user provisioning processes.
Maintain SAP GRC master data, perform risk analysis, and support audit and compliance activities.
Support SAP GRC upgrades and conduct user access reviews.
Configure sync jobs and troubleshoot authorization issues.
Collaborate with auditors on SOD and SOX compliance issues.
Work closely with PDO teams and support security operations.
Provide periodic 24x7 production support with on-call responsibilities. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office.
