As a Title Attorney / Mortgage Attorney on our team, we are looking for
Must be willing to travel throughout entire State of Nevada on a as needed basis Bachelor's Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Member of the Nevada State Bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements Minimum of 2-8 years litigation experience in real estate or mortgage servicing preferred. Knowledge of foreclosure process and requirements preferred, but not required Must be ok with 1920 hour billable requirement Must reside in Nevada
