E&H Integrated Systems Job Description The ideal E&H Integrated Systems Network Engineer/Cybersecurity/VoIP candidate is a proactive, engaged self-starter with excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to excel in fast-paced environments. He or she should be confident, approachable, have excellent communication skills, and meet high expectations. Excellent customer service and a can-do attitude are essential. This position requires a structured, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can prioritize and motivate others. An E&H Network Engineer is a leader with a proven track record of successfully collaborating with Sales and Customers to find creative solutions. Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable network systems using technology from various vendors within virtualized, converged, and cloud infrastructures including Cloud, AWS, and Azure. Deploy, configure, and manage firewalls and switches from Cisco/Meraki and SonicWall. Design and implement multi-site connectivity for E&H customers. Create and execute transformation paths for production systems to new platforms or standards. Engineer, implement, and support network, server/cloud infrastructure, and VoIP solutions. Assist in developing and maintaining best practices with the Sales Team. Communicate with customers and team members regarding incidents, changes, or outages. Record all work in E&H internal systems with detailed time entries. Research and learn unfamiliar systems efficiently. Assist Technicians with troubleshooting methodologies. Required Skill Set 3+ years of relevant IT experience in Azure/AWS Cloud Deployments, Network Infrastructure, and VoIP. 2+ years in network engineering focusing on hybrid IT, multi-cloud design, interconnection, edge networking, and SD-WAN. 1+ years of experience with network security. Knowledge of IP networking, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS). Experience with network automation and programming preferred. Strong troubleshooting and implementation skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to plan, prepare, and communicate effectively. Interpersonal skills including telephony, active listening, and customer care. Ability to work in a team, adapt quickly, and multi-task. Experience in a Managed Service Provider environment is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree in a technical field. Industry certifications are advantageous. Experience with Avaya and Pay Dependent upon Experience (PDE).
