Regional HR Business Partner Americas
to support multiple sites, foster alignment across sister companies, and champion HR initiatives that enhance both daily operations and long-term growth.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be both tactical and strategic delivering reliable HR support on the ground while collaborating with leadership to shape an aligned, people-first culture across the region.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner to site leaders and employees across the Americas, primarily in Houston, with remote and periodic support to Alabama and Mississippi sites Provide expertise in employee relations, onboarding, policy interpretation, performance coaching, and compliance matters Conduct and support internal HR investigations, ensuring thorough documentation, follow-up, and alignment with legal and company policies Drive consistency in HR practices across sites, ensuring alignment with overall business and HR strategy Lead HR processes including onboarding, leave administration (FMLA, ADA, disability), and workers compensation Support compensation and payroll-related updates, ensure HRIS data accuracy (Paycor preferred), and provide reporting to leadership Analyze compensation market data, assist with job benchmarking, and support efforts to address pay equity and close identified pay gaps Coordinate open enrollment and benefits education, serving as the liaison with third-party vendors Support audits, training programs, and local safety initiatives to ensure compliance and readiness Partner with leadership on employee engagement strategies and continuous process improvements Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
Key Relationships
Collaborate across HR, operations, and leadership teams to support multi-site workforce needs Act as the regional liaison between site management and the centralized HR team Coordinate with benefits, payroll, compliance, and safety stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multi-site or manufacturing/distribution environments Experience conducting or supporting internal HR investigations Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, compliance, and leave administration Familiarity with compensation analysis and addressing pay equity issues Proficient in HRIS systems (Paycor a plus) and skilled in Excel and internal reporting tools Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple sites or functions Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills Comfortable advising at all levels, from frontline teams to regional leadership
