$75 - $80 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Must have: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on tools such as Zoom and Zoom Phone Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Expressway Strong scripting or development experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 6+ years managing enterprise voice and video platforms Proven expertise with Zoom & Zoom Phone (including large-scale deployments), Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Expressway, Adobe Connect Strong scripting or development experience (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills and stakeholder influence Experience in regulated or enterprise environments Interested candidates please send resume in Word format.
