An ITIL V4 / V3 Foundation qualification is preferable but not essential. Knowledge of ITIL Processes such as MI, PM is a plus. Prior experience with cloud-telephony tools from a reporting perspective is desirable.

Essential Skills:
Hands-on experience with L2 End User Computing/Desktop Support. Knowledge of Windows 7 & Windows 10 administration, Active Directory, Group Policies, Office/Microsoft 365. Experience with Windows Server 2012 & 2016 including OS installation, maintenance, imaging, and security patching. Ability to handle printer issues and installations (Lexmark, Canon, Zebra, etc.). Skills in installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting end-user and network hardware, peripherals, and presentation equipment. Asset & inventory management. Experience resolving issues related to Microsoft applications, Skype for Business, Citrix, Office 365, etc. SLA Management, MIM, VIP User Support, Vendor Management. Ability to ensure incidents and requests are handled according to policies, and to improve customer satisfaction by meeting SLAs. Experience in preparing MIS reports related to EUC domain. ITIL Foundation certification and process expertise.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of ITIL Processes, prior experience with cloud-telephony tools from a reporting perspective.
