We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team in Singapore, specializing in a comprehensive range of window and balcony solutions for residential and commercial end-users. This includes curtains, blinds, invisible grilles, and zip blinds. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for interior design and safety solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be instrumental in guiding customers through the selection process, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless buying experience from initial consultation to final installation. Responsibilities

Customer Consultation & Needs Assessment:

Engage with prospective customers in our showroom or their homes to thoroughly understand their specific requirements, preferences, and budget for window treatments, balcony enclosures, and safety solutions. This includes discerning needs related to privacy, light control, weather protection, child safety, and aesthetic appeal. Comprehensive Product Expertise:

Provide in-depth knowledge of our extensive product range, including: Curtains & Blinds:

(e.g., roller, Venetian, Roman, vertical, blackout, smart/motorized blinds, various fabric types) explaining features, benefits, and suitable applications. Invisible Grilles:

Detail the safety features, material quality (e.g., 316 stainless steel), installation options (fixed, casement, sliding), and their aesthetic advantages for balconies and windows. Zip Blinds (e.g., Ziptrak systems):

Explain weather protection, UV resistance, wind stability, motorization options, and how they enhance outdoor living spaces. Design & Technical Advice:

Offer expert design recommendations, suggesting appropriate styles, fabrics, materials, operating mechanisms, and configurations that align with the client's home aesthetics and functional needs. Advise on safety considerations for invisible grilles and weather suitability for zip blinds. Precise Measurement & Quotation:

Accurately measure windows, balconies, and openings to ensure precise custom orders for all product types. Prepare detailed, transparent, and professional quotes, clearly outlining product specifications, pricing, and installation services. Sales & Target Achievement:

Present compelling solutions and confidently close sales, consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. Order Management & Coordination:

Process orders efficiently, meticulously verifying specifications. Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams (e.g., production, installation, logistics) to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely delivery, and professional installation. After-Sales Support:

Proactively follow up with customers post-installation to ensure complete satisfaction, address any queries, and provide guidance on product care and maintenance. Market Awareness & Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about the latest industry trends, new product innovations, and competitor offerings in curtains, blinds, invisible grilles, and zip blinds within the Singapore market to maintain a competitive edge. Participate in product training and development programs. Showroom Excellence:

Assist in maintaining an attractive, clean, and organized showroom display, ensuring all product samples are well-presented and functional. Qualifications

Experience:

Proven sales experience, ideally 1-2 years, in home furnishings, interior design, home improvement, or a related field in Singapore. Specific experience with window treatments, security solutions (like grilles), or outdoor blinds is highly advantageous. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of customers. Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills for accurate measurements and order processing. Proficient in basic mathematical calculations for measurements and pricing. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems is a plus. Ability to articulate technical product details clearly and simply to end-users. Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent required; a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Other: Valid Class 3 driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for in-home consultations and site measurements across Singapore. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by showroom hours or customer appointments. Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred. Benefits
