Performance Marketing Manager (Florida Remote)
Hare Media Group manages performance advertising (CPC, CPM with a goal of ROAS) for a handful of Direct To Consumer sites in the information retrieval and online testing spaces. Some of our verticals include vehicle history reports, property records, IQ and personality tests, and online file editor tools. All employees are remote, but we only hire in Florida. We are a very lean company, so every new hire has both significant responsibilities, and significant room to grow. Job Responsibilities Manage paid search ads (Google, Microsoft) Manage TV, display, and other alternative ads Work with designers to make creatives Own the entire marketing process; strategize, commission graphics and videos, write ad copy, launch campaigns, and monitor, manage, and optimize campaigns for ROAS Own a $1,000,000/month ad budget. Strategize and iterate campaigns and ads daily with CEO and COO Ideal Candidate 3+ years of experience in performance marketing (tCPA/tROAS) Significant experience building all types of campaigns (keyword planning, audience targeting, writing copy) Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Google Analytics, we use Metabase) Advanced excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups) Strong understanding of industry concepts (CPC/CPM, match types, quality scores, auction insights, attribution models, etc) Certifications in Facebook and Google ads are a plus Compensation Monthly performance based bonus up to additional $100,000/year.
