Our client, a national labor and employment defense law firm known for legal excellence and a client-first approach, is seeking a seasoned Employment Defense Associate Attorney to join their highly respected team. The firm specializes in representing employers in complex workplace matters, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, discrimination and harassment allegations, wrongful termination, and compliance with state labor laws. Known for its high-quality legal work and collaborative environment, the firm offers a dynamic platform for attorneys committed to delivering exceptional client service. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials. 5+ years of experience in employment law defense, particularly wage and hour and PAGA matters. Demonstrated ability to manage cases from inception to resolution or trial. Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills. Steady professional history with limited job transitions. What’s in it for you: Competitive base salary: $150,000 – $215,000 (depending on experience). Bonus potential tied to performance.
