Three Rivers Corporation (TRC), a leading construction services firm, is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to join our leadership team. This role will drive HR initiatives that align with business goals, strengthen organizational performance, and support the development of a high-performing, engaged workforce in a merit shop environment.
TRC provides a competitive compensation package that includes salary, a profit-sharing bonus, and comprehensive benefits, reflecting the importance of this role and the qualifications of the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and retention efforts Promote a positive employee relations culture that reflects merit shop values Oversee performance management, employee development, and leadership coaching Design training programs that build skill, safety, and leadership capability Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations Manage compensation, benefits, and HR systems to support satisfaction and retention Oversee HR technology and systems to maximize efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree + 7 years progressive HR leadership (construction industry preferred, but not required) A commitment to merit shop values Strong knowledge of employment law, talent development, and workforce strategy SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
