Your New Role
Unlock the doors and assist a mission-driven COO as our client’s newest Executive Assistant!
Success in this role requires a proactive and collaborative workstyle, as you’ll have regular team check-ins via Slack, manage incoming business/personal mail and notices, and deliver weekly summary dashboards. Your organizational skills will be your greatest asset as you maintain work and personal calendars and coordinate all aspects of executive travel.
Technical proficiency is a requirement in this role, as much of your day-to-day will require the frequent use of ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, and Zapier to automate workflows and jump-start research. You’ll also need to have the skills to implement repeatable systems and templates, as well as ensuring Asana boards are up to date, achieving inbox zero.
The team is looking for an organized candidate who thrives in a collaborative start-up environment, with a passion for learning new skills and technologies.
This is a flexible hybrid role, and you can expect to occasionally work on-site at the COO’s residence and run errands as needed.
