Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Scrum Master/Project Manager with a global financial services client. This hybrid role supports strategic technology programs, combining Agile facilitation, program delivery, compliance oversight, and executive communications.
Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:
7+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or executive support roles 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator in a technology environment Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; experience with JIRA and sprint management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio for executive presentations and dashboard design Proven ability to support C-level executives and drive large-scale initiatives across AI and technology operations Skilled in designing KPI dashboards and using BI tools and Confluence for data-driven decision-making Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Location: Uptown Charlotte
Onsite expectation: Hybrid (based on client expectations)
Pay range: $59.00 - $69.00/hr W2
