Job Title: Application Engineer

Job Description We are seeking an Application Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities include:
Sizing and developing cost-effective process solutions to meet customer needs.
Preparing technical bids and proposals related to products in the Centrisys portfolio.
Participating in design and process risk reviews for proposed solutions.
Communicating with Regional Sales Managers, external sales reps, internal engineering departments, engineering consultants, and customers.
Ensuring all designs conform to contract specifications and drawings.
Developing competitive intelligence, installation/reference lists, specifications, proposal templates, and design spreadsheets.
Writing orders and clearly identifying what was sold, resolving conflicts regarding price, scope, and delivery schedule.
Seeking vendor quotes to build competitive and accurate project budgets.
Developing project kickoff packages and turnover documentation for the execution team.
Analyzing completed project costing data from ERP/Job Management Software to establish future project estimates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Civil, Mechanical) required.
2+ years of experience in wastewater, chemical, environmental, or process technologies.
Ability to review AutoCAD PID/PFD drawings.
Ability to size and develop cost-effective process solutions tailored to client needs.
Ability to prepare detailed technical bids and proposals for complex equipment or system solutions.
