We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Workday Consultant
with a strong background in
Finance
to join our client, a leading bank. This role is ideal for professionals with at least 2 years of experience in Workday Financials who are looking to grow their expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of
Workday Financials
modules (e.g., Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects). Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions. Assist in system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting. Provide post-implementation support and user training. Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and external vendors. Requirements
2 years of hands-on experience with
Workday Financials Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. Experience in Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications
Workday certification in Financials (desirable but not mandatory). Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
