Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent Five or more years' experience in a software development related role Proven understanding of the event management within the ITSM framework.

Skills
Comfortable as a self-starter - able to act independently under general direction. An understanding of RESTful API based web services. An Innovative Approach
