KPMG is currently seeking a Director, IT Infrastructure - Cloud End User Operations Lead to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of KDN's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networks, and data centers Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure Manage cloud-based resources, ensuring efficient usage, cost optimization, and security Lead the end user support team to provide timely and effective resolution of IT-related issues Develop and manage support processes, including incident management, problem management, and change management Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, including Service management administrators, network engineers, system administrators, database administrators and Cloud engineers Implement AI-powered automation to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
Qualifications:
Minimum eight years of recent experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and end user support, with at least three years in a leadership role Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer Science, or a related field; master's degree preferred Strong technical knowledge of network architecture, cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and enterprise IT systems Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Strong project management skills and experience with project management methodologies Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)
