Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, solve complex business challenges, and deliver high-quality applications that improve operational efficiency.

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days a week (typically Tue, Wed, Thu) in office (Northfield); Then in Northbrook in summer of this year.

Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Development Leadership Heavy experience in Power Pages.

Design and develop comprehensive solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages

Architect robust data models and implement complex business logic

Create and optimize workflows and business processes using Power Automate

Develop custom connectors and integrate with external systems through APIs

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions

Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for security, performance, and scalability

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Document technical specifications and maintain solution documentation

Required Qualifications 5+ years

of experience developing with Microsoft

Power Platform

Advanced expertise in Power Apps development ( both Canvas and Model-driven )

Strong proficiency with Power Automate for complex workflow automation

Experience building and maintaining Power Pages sites

Solid understanding of

Dataverse

(formerly

Common Data Service )

Proficiency with SharePoint and SharePoint Online integration

Proficiency in JavaScript or React for extending platform capabilities

Experience with API integration and custom connector development

Knowledge of

SQL

and

database design

principles

Familiarity with

Azure

services complementary to Power Platform

Experience with

DevOps & ALM

(Application Lifecycle Management) practices

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Additional Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Developer Expert certification

Experience with Power BI for data visualization and analytics

Experience with AI Builder and/or Power Virtual Agents

Familiarity with Dynamics 365 applications

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Background in business process analysis and optimization

with the ability to architect scalable solutions, while bringing a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into efficient digital solutions. The anticipated salary range for this position: $110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
