Our growing plaintiff’s personal injury law firm is looking for an Attorney to lead a dedicated team in managing injury cases from sign-up through the early stages of litigation. This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about helping people, motivated by meaningful work, and ready to grow with a mission-oriented firm.
This attorney willnot be thrown into litigation without support
. While the position is focused on pre-litigation case management, it offers the opportunity to handle litigationand will involve litigation duties, especially periodic court appearances in Illinois. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and leadership-focused — you’ll manage and mentor a dedicated team while helping clients navigate one of the most difficult times in their lives. Key Responsibilities: Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-suit resolution Identify legal and factual issues early to position cases for success Educate, update, and guide clients with empathy and clarity throughout the process Supervise a dedicated pre-suit team and help maintain workflow consistency Participate in firm-wide meetings and contribute to broader team goals Make periodic court appearances in Illinois (with support and training) Collaborate with litigation attorneys as needed for file transitions Assist in light litigation duties when appropriate Who You Are: A licensed attorney in Missouri and
