The Overview

The

Talent Management Program Manager

plays a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience by designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs that align with our strategic goals. This role leads key initiatives that foster growth, performance, and engagement across the organization. In addition, the Program Manager provides direct leadership and support to a small team, supervising one Instructional Designer and one Talent Management Specialist to ensure seamless program execution and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Willow Bridge Employee Onboarding Experience Management

Manage programming for the WB New Hire Onboarding experience to ensure a welcoming, informative, and consistent onboarding journey. Establish strong partnerships and a regular cadence of communication with key stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment and expectations for the onboarding process. Develop and maintain all new hire orientation materials, communications, and feedback mechanisms. Continuously evaluate and enhance the new hire onboarding experience based on employee and leader feedback and evolving business needs. Proactively monitor employee lifecycle survey data to assess effectiveness of employee onboarding programs and experiences. Provide ongoing training and education to WB leaders on expectations, tools and resources for onboarding new hire employees.

Leadership Development Program Management

Lead end-to-end execution of Willow Bridge Leadership Development programs, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination. Manage all program communications, marketing materials, pre-work assignments, and post-program surveys to ensure a seamless participant experience. Coordinate and support train-the-trainer sessions to ensure facilitators are well-prepared and aligned with program goals. Monitor program effectiveness through feedback and data and implement continuous improvements.

Annual Performance Review Process Management

Serve as the administrator and primary point of contact for our annual performance review process. Own the development and delivery of all related communications, training, and documentation for employees, managers, and HR partners. Ensure system readiness, troubleshoot issues, and partner with our HRIS team as needed to support a smooth review cycle. Analyze participation and outcomes data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

Annual Employee Engagement Survey Management

Lead the planning and execution of the annual employee engagement survey, including timeline management and stakeholder coordination. Own all communications, training materials, and documentation related to the survey process. Compile and synthesize survey results into actionable insights for executive leaders and HR partners. Support follow-up action planning and track progress on engagement initiatives.

Talent Analytics & Insights

Track and analyze talent metrics to evaluate program success and inform decision-making. Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into our talent strategy.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions. Demonstrated success in designing and delivering impactful talent development programs. Familiarity with talent assessment tools and methodologies. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Prior experience leading individual contributors. Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. The ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders. Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions. Proficiency in HR systems and talent management platforms.
