Data Archiving Support (Level 1)
professional to assist with data preparation and archival activities. This is a part-time onsite opportunity located in Seattle, WA, perfect for someone with an IT background looking to contribute to a structured data management process. Key Responsibilities: Initiate and manage the archiving process for non-local data. Ensure data formats, metadata, and retention policies meet organizational standards. Maintain and update inventory records for archived data to ensure future accessibility. Utilize data management tools to support indexing and storage. Collaborate with IT teams and project stakeholders to streamline workflows and optimize data transfer processes. Assist in documenting processes and maintaining version control for archival documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: IT-related qualification or relevant experience in data handling. Basic understanding of data management principles. Familiarity with data migration tools and scripting languages like
SQL
or
Python
is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Engagement Type:
