Direct message the job poster from Elios Talent Senior Data Scientist – Predictive Modeling | Python | Business Impact We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to uncover insights, build predictive models, and drive data-informed decisions across the business. You’ll play a critical role in transforming raw data into strategic recommendations and intelligent systems. What You'll Do: Design and deploy machine learning models to solve high-value business problems Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics and evaluate outcomes Build dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and track model performance Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Contribute to data science best practices, experimentation frameworks, and model governance What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in data science or applied analytics Strong programming skills in Python and SQL Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data wrangling Experience with cloud-based data tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Proven ability to translate complex data into business value Bonus: Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, or time series modeling Seniority level
