Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with expertise in .NET technologies to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support our business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.

This is a Temp-To-Hire, W-2 position. We are not able to do 1099 or C2C. It is a fully remote role that will need to be based in the U.S. You must meet our U.S. Eligibility requirements for work authorization as noted under "Additional Information" at the bottom of the job description.
How You'll Make An Impact
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy web applications using .NET framework and related technologies. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and specifications. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely solutions. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Implement security and data protection measures. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.
About You
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Web Developer with a solid background in .NET technologies. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. Familiarity with database management systems, particularly SQL Server. Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Experience with RESTful services and microservices architecture.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
