Responsibilities
Assist project leadership during construction document and construction administration phases. Produce and coordinate construction documents independently. Contribute to project development with limited supervision. Exhibit initiative, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail and accuracy. Focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development. Communicate clearly through oral and written communication.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to complete full sets of construction documents. Minimum 5 years of US experience in residential architecture and mixed-use commercial projects. Ability to ask questions proactively and seek detailed information.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $48.00/hr.
