Schedule:
This is a rotating schedule working five days a week; 7:00am-4:00pm.
Job Summary
Responsible for achieving sales, gross margin, and profit goals through the execution of sales programs, promotions, placements, and strategies as directed. Responsible for recruitment, selection, training, management, and development of team members. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, SOPs, and federal/state laws. Route and schedule Merchandisers for sales and delivery for efficiency and service levels. Coach staff on ABC compliance, safety, pricing, program execution, POS, product rotation, and effective merchandising. Monitor team performance against standards and provide regular feedback. Utilize POS and merchandising techniques to maximize company ROI on inventory and space. Monitor retail pricing. Recommend displays, programs, and advertising. Resolve customer complaints regarding service, damage or products. Partner with other managers to resolve conflicts or concerns and investigate root cause. Positively communicate information and changes to staff. Ensure safe working environment. Identify skill gaps and recommend training and resources. Collaborate with Sales and Ops teams to develop and plan schedules for holidays, peak selling weeks, market changes, and severe weather events. Recommend improvements, changes, or best practices. Participate in sales meetings and training. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises up to 10 employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include traditional manager responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, eye-hand coordination, acuity, and ability to adjust focus.
Frequently (34-66% of workday)
Employees must frequently push, pull, reach below knee, reach above shoulder, handle, grasp, lift cases up to 46 pounds, and talk.
Occasionally ( Job Requirements
We are looking for service-driven employees who would like the opportunity to work in the beer/beverage industry. Possess education equivalent to Associate’s degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school plus 1-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. have excellent customer service & communication skills, professional appearance & demeanor.
