Summary

Job Description

:

The Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator ensures compliance with applicable Federal (FMCSA, DOT); State regulations and Company policies. Serves as subject matter expert for the drug and alcohol program, pre and post employment processes. The Coordinator will serve as subject matter expert, providing guidance and policy interpretation; completing complex transactions, identifying, analyzing and resolving critical issues with the highest level of accuracy, accountability and reliability.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment using multiple applications in the management and monitoring of various program transactions. Must have experience ensuring compliance with

Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and efficiency in responding to written messages through a computer system Technological literacy and mastery of navigating web browsers and basic office software such as Outlook and Word Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments Strong communication, organization, time management skills, and functional expertise Time management Excellent collaboration and team building skills Proficient in Microsoft Office environment intermediate required

Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Two (2) years or more in functional service area (i.e. Separations, Benefits, Leaves, Global Mobility, Payroll, ER / LR, etc.) required Two (2) years or more relevant work experience (i.e. processing mass data uploads, payroll, organizational changes, etc.) required Proficient in Microsoft Office environment intermediate required

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
