Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Program Coordinators to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of intellectual disabilities. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer. As a Program Coordinator, you will coach and support individuals with intellectual disabilities to exercise choices and acquire competencies to accomplish personal goals. This position serves as a mentor to direct care staff in the program and assists in ensuring programmatic operational goals are achieved.
