Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Program Coordinators to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the area of intellectual disabilities. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer.
As a Program Coordinator, you will coach and support individuals with intellectual disabilities to exercise choices and acquire competencies to accomplish personal goals. This position serves as a mentor to direct care staff in the program and assists in ensuring programmatic operational goals are achieved.

Job Details:
Full time, non-exempt position
$22.50 per hour
Minimum Educational Qualifications : (one of the following)
Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours and six (6) months of related work experience
High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year or related work experience
Additional Minimum Requirements:
Effective communication and proficient computer skills
Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications
