The Home Depot Position Purpose
The Marketing Optimization Monitoring & Compliance team plays a critical role in implementing new processes and technology, delivering value through developing strategies to monitor how teams leverage processes and technology to generate insights. This analyst enables KPI monitoring of business operations to share insights for future roadmaps and defines governance processes to ensure systems and data are effectively managed. Key Responsibilities
20% Strategic Planning & Communication:
Monitor business changes and collaborate with leaders to develop quarterly and long-term roadmaps to optimize marketing processes and solve marketing challenges. 40% Operational Insights:
Define operational KPIs and enable monitoring of how teams utilize end-to-end campaign processes and workflows. Assess effort and satisfaction with processes or tools, providing continuous feedback on friction points in business processes through workflow and content platform systems. 40% Metadata & Taxonomy Governance:
Design and oversee governance of marketing workflows and content platforms. Monitor system data and content to ensure accuracy and cleanliness. Reporting Structure
Typically reports to Manager, Marketing Optimization No direct reports Travel & Physical Requirements
Overnight travel less than 10% of the time Primarily seated work with occasional movement; light lifting may be required rarely Working Conditions
Indoor, comfortable environment with infrequent unpleasant conditions Qualifications
Minimum
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred
Experience in operational monitoring and measurement for insights Knowledge of marketing technology (Content Management, Digital Asset Management, Orchestration, Activation, DCO) Proficiency with tools like Tableau and Google BigQuery Understanding of data taxonomy, governance, and metadata Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field 1-2 years of relevant work experience Competencies
