This is an exciting role for an innovative, high-growth defense technology company. In this role, we are seeking a Creative Program Coordinator with a design background to support the execution and management of marketing and creative initiatives across teams. In this role, you’ll coordinate project workflows, facilitate cross-functional communication, and ensure operational efficiency from concept through delivery. Ideal candidates will bring experience from a gaming design agency, creative services, or a similarly fast-paced, design-driven environment. Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operations and project workflows across marketing, design, and product teams to support timely execution of campaigns, brand initiatives, and client projects Manage intake, prioritization, scheduling, and milestone tracking for creative and marketing programs Support communication and alignment between stakeholders by facilitating meetings, status updates, and internal reviews Assist with asset management, file organization, marketing calendars, and version control of creative deliverables Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations; maintain brand archives and ensure consistent documentation Help maintain dashboards, trackers, and tools to monitor project health, resource allocation, and program performance Provide administrative support for events, vendor coordination, invoice processing, and budget tracking Identify project risks or roadblocks early and escalate to relevant leads to keep initiatives on track Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree 2+ years relevant experience Design background Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and JIRA Preferred Skills and Experience:

Gaming Design Agency, Creative Services experience Ability to use additional software to manipulate media files (video, audio, or image editing tools) Experience with SharePoint, including managing the SharePoint interface ITAR REQUIREMENTS: To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Join us and rewrite the rules. As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is: $79,500 — $92,700 USD #J-18808-Ljbffr
