About the Team: The General Motors Human Interface Design team focuses on inventing, designing, and delivering core software experiences in vehicles, apps, and websites, aiming to transform automotive software and service experiences. About the Role: Producers enable operational frameworks within the GM interface design team, including processes and best practices. They act as liaisons among Software Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, Marketing, and Brand Studios, ensuring collaboration and successful outcomes. This role requires attention to detail, aesthetic sense, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to define what makes a great product. Producers oversee workflows with specialists focused on delivering exceptional user experiences through research and implementation. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, iterate, and launch new product experiences at scale. Use storytelling skills to influence design intent across various teams within the design interface team. Showcase a portfolio demonstrating workflow, creative IQ, and problem-solving skills. Have 8+ years of experience in program and project management within software design teams. Commit to designing inclusive and accessible products. Provide leadership and mentorship to 4-5 direct reports, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Qualifications: Experience working with software design teams on developing applications and websites at scale. Experience in the mobility and in-car industries is a plus. Expertise in managing programs involving UI, interaction, and visual design principles. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in managing multiple projects, resources, schedules, and content. Ability to deliver high-quality design solutions in an evolving environment. Compensation:

The salary range is $134,000 - $201,900, based on experience and factors relevant to the position. Bonus potential is available based on company and individual performance. Benefits:
