Lead product development from inception to release, providing technical guidance. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs. Balance engineering costs, testing, deployment, and runtime to maximize value. Work with developers, testers, designers, and product managers to develop new features. Design, develop, test, and maintain Ember applications and add-ons. Write high-quality, well-tested, maintainable code following best practices. Operate within an agile, scrum environment, acting as rotating scrum master. Identify and fix performance and security issues. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity. Stay updated with development best practices and share knowledge with the team. Experience
Minimum 8+ years in product development, including building scalable web applications. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Ember.js, React, Angular, or similar). Proficient in consuming and building RESTful web services. Strong skills in responsive HTML/CSS and web technologies. Understanding of object-oriented programming. Advocate of front-end testing and test-driven development. Expertise in web security and performance best practices. Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile teams.
