Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts: 7:45am-6:15pm

As a Milieu Coordinator at ERC Pathlight, you will be part of a team delivering hands-on treatment, group therapy sessions, and support to patients across our centers nationwide. Our Program Therapists facilitate therapeutic groups based on core curriculum, provide milieu support, de-escalation, and behavior coaching in IP/Res and PHP programs. This role offers an opportunity to build on your education in a therapist-in-training capacity.
You will serve patients daily by:
Facilitating curriculum-based therapeutic groups Cross-training across levels of care within your program Milieu Management
De-escalation and crisis management Bathroom monitoring/flush checks Behavior coaching Conducting self-harm and suicide safety checks Supporting morning routines in IP/Res programs Collecting weights, vitals, and urine samples in some settings Documenting groups, meals, patient check-ins, and observations
Milieu Coordinator I Must Haves Bachelor's degree required 6 months of behavioral health experience required Understanding of de-escalation techniques and ACT/DBT skills training Knowledge and application of Trauma-Informed Care Milieu Coordinator II Must Haves Bachelor's Degree required Master's degree preferred (in Mental Health or related field) Clinical associate/intern license strongly preferred 18+ months behavioral health experience required (waived with relevant Master's Degree) 1+ year experience with group curriculum, facilitation, and therapeutic milieu skills preferred Understanding of de-escalation techniques and ACT/DBT skills training Knowledge and application of Trauma-Informed Care Ability to recognize stress reactions expressed behaviorally and psychologically/emotionally How We Invest In You Every role at ERC Pathlight is essential to delivering high-quality care.
