Key Responsibilities Lead the
design, engineering, and optimization
of global enterprise voice and video platforms. Serve as an SME for
Zoom, Zoom Phone, Cisco Call Manager, Webex, and Expressway . Architect and implement solutions aligned with
business requirements, security, and compliance standards . Partner with
engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and vendor teams
to deliver scalable, integrated solutions. Manage
platform migrations, lifecycle upgrades, and decommissioning of legacy systems . Provide
Tier-3 support , lead root cause analysis, and drive continuous platform improvements. Maintain
documentation, runbooks, and architectural diagrams
to support operational excellence. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, IT, or related field . 6+ years of experience
managing enterprise-scale voice and video platforms. Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Expressway Hands-on experience with
AWS or other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) . Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. Seniority level
