Job Purpose: The Aircraft Engine Records Specialist schedules maintenance for assigned engines according to instructions, orders, and programs. Develops logistics documents to ensure requirements are met. Supports remote bases and the corporate maintenance team across multiple aircraft types. Responsibilities: Coordinate with Program Managers for engine maintenance and ensure timely input/return from heavy maintenance. Accurately review and provide engine logbook entries for Quality Control. Update maintenance schedules and maintain aircraft engine records per instructions. Manage configuration and verify correct parts installation on engines. Track and coordinate Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins for engines. Provide maintenance paperwork to Civil, Defense, and Production teams using MS Office. Extract and analyze engine data for senior leadership. Manage engine records per 14 CFR part 43.9 and company manuals. Maintain and review engine logbooks and historical documents. Research and upload Life Limited Parts data into ERP system. Verify and update flying hour data in the ERP system. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills/Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail and effective work habits. Basic math and literacy skills. Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to identify deviations from expected performance. Understanding manufacturer maintenance programs applicable to our aircraft fleet is essential.
