Event Sales & Marketing Agent for San Diego County (Full-time) - $18.04/hr + Training Pay* + $1,000 Sign-On* Potential

Position details: Hyatt Vacation Club, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, is seeking motivated individuals to join our award-winning sales and marketing team. We are looking for outgoing, financially motivated individuals to work with guests at events and off-property locations such as sporting events, concerts, malls, fairs, and trade shows to promote the Hyatt Vacation Club Program. As an Event Marketing Agent, you will offer guests incentives to learn about our points-based ownership product. Pay:
$18.04 per hour plus bonuses/commissions, with up to $250/week additional training pay* for the first 10 weeks. We are currently offering a $1,000 Sign-On* bonus, paid as $500 after 45 days and $500 after 6 months of employment. Additional terms and conditions apply, discussed during the interview. Schedule:
Full-time, 5 days per week, with availability for events throughout San Diego County, including afternoons, nights, and weekends. Guest Experience and Standards: Welcome and greet guests, addressing their needs. Interact professionally with guests and colleagues. Contribute to team goals and follow safety procedures. Qualifications: Sales or customer service experience preferred; enjoy guest interaction. Available to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends. Telemarketing and/or sales experience is a plus. Position may require background and drug screening. Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, sitting, bending, and lifting.
