The Project Coordinator, Senior is a key member of the WDI Ride Engineering team, providing technical and logistical support for document delivery, design coordination, and project requirements. This role communicates across disciplines and assists with system requirements, design reviews, contract documentation, and mock-ups. Reports directly to the Executive Project Engineer but may receive daily direction from other engineers. Job Expectations Model the Company’s five keys: Safety, Courtesy, Show, Efficiency, Inclusion Collaborate with diverse teams, including Shanghai ride coordinators Proactively address design and coordination issues Responsibilities: Arrange team meetings and facilitate discussions Support team travel, office needs, IT coordination, and purchasing of tools/test equipment Manage logistics for business travelers and inspectors (travel requests, arrangements, invoices, meeting logistics) Assist with proof of concept, prototypes, and mock-ups Communicate updates on vendor, field, and testing activities Coordinate team efforts with internal/external groups (project, design, operations, vendors, contractors) Maintain documentation (scope lists, deliverables matrices, etc.) Assist in design review processes and final deliverable preparation/release Archive photo documentation as needed Support vendor contract change management by collecting/verifying information Prepare and participate in executive presentations Organize contract documents Track ride equipment logistics and shipping (domestic/overseas), assist with customs, spare parts purchasing, and handover to Operations Required Qualifications: Proven experience in project coordination or project management Computer savvy, including MS Office Suite and collaboration tools such as Box Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Attention to detail and ability to multitask Flexible schedule, as this role works with counterparts outside of the US Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Mandarin both spoken and written Disney/Themed Entertainment experience This position is located in Glendale, California

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA. is $58,600 - $78,600 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
