You will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. You Will Make an Impact By: Applying strategic knowledge to develop SAP solutions addressing complex business problems in large organizations. Handling complex issues, translating business strategy into functional plans, guiding execution, and ensuring budget and schedule adherence. Collaborating with senior management to establish strategic plans for technology platforms and making final implementation decisions. Developing and executing a strategic roadmap for SAP and E-Commerce applications aligned with business goals. Engaging with senior management, vendors, and stakeholders to negotiate and reconcile different views for business results. Leading SAP and E-Commerce platform teams, fostering innovation, and solving complex issues. Skills You Bring: 12+ years in IT with 5+ years in a leadership role in a customer-facing capacity. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Deep knowledge of industry-leading technology trends and best practices. Experience with business processes like Sales, Service, Finance, Operations. Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills to build business relationships and influence at all levels. Experience with SAP, cloud, on-premise applications, and third-party integrations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for communication and system understanding. Ability to produce deliverables in a fast-paced, global environment, managing multiple projects. Willingness to travel up to 15%, with experience working with international teams. This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Andover, MA. Candidates must be within commuting distance. No relocation benefits are provided.
