Job Responsibilities: To review, monitor and update detailed work progress and on-site construction schedule periodically with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Work on assigned project tasks independently with engineering team, project owner and sub-contractors/ suppliers. Coordinate with lower tier subcontractors & suppliers to meet on-time delivery, optimum cost, quality, and safety performance. Preparation of BQ material, PTW work-permit application & submittal of engineering documentation/ technical drawing in accordance to project requirement. Able to read, understand and review GA dwg, schematic layout, and PFD drawing. Able to develop basic isometric drawings or P&ID layout, with AutoCAD 2D software Assist Project Manager to coordinate, monitor and control in accordance to project execution, schedule, cost, and scope baselines. Ensuring Quality standards, and all Health & Safety requirements are adhered to our client & company organization’s policy. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. Will be advantages if the candidate has prior working experience in Chemical distribution system, Waste Chemical system, Slurry system for Wafer fabrication. Possess technical knowledge of Ultra-pure piping UHP / tubing component & fittings installation, and cleanroom utilities hook-up construction in Chemical & Waste Chemical Distribution, Slurry Chemical, Bulk & Specialty Gas, Exhaust, UPW, Drain etc Proficient in AutoCAD drawing. Proficient in Microsoft software e.g. Excel spreadsheet in data entry and update. Candidates with at least 1 year of working experience in Microelectronics, Semiconductor, Cleanroom Factory Automation or Basebuild Fab construction environment will be preferred. Driven, responsible and matured team player with positive learning & work attitude. Good interpersonal, communication (verbal/ written) skills and organizational skills.
