International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Exercise Planner to design, coordinate, and execute training exercises to enhance readiness and operational capabilities, ensuring units are prepared for real-world missions. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing exercise plans, and integrating various elements for effective training outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop exercise options based on unit availability, training requirements, and objectives. Brief exercise options to senior client leaders. Collaborate with outside organizations and subordinate units during mission analysis. Finalize exercise planning with concepts of operations and exercise orders. Collect data, develop after-action reports, and prepare briefings for senior leaders. Utilize resources to develop joint and combined training exercises. Complete organizational compliance education as required for certifications. Note:
This list is non-exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned. Qualifications Basic Requirements/Certifications: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Logistics. Education: Master's Degree in a relevant field. Recognized as an industry leader in the area of expertise. Physical Requirements: Work primarily performed in an office environment. Sitting, standing, climbing stairs for extended periods. Bending, stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs may be required. Other Qualifications: Must obtain and maintain required security clearances.
