LCG is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and ITOM modules such as Incident, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Asset Management, and Mobile Agent functionalities. The role involves creating and managing custom forms, tables, scripts, and workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams and system administrators to ensure seamless integration, upgrades, and maintenance of the NIH ServiceNow instance. The developer supports platform operations, manages upgrades, monitors system health, and acts as a liaison between stakeholders and vendors, providing training, documentation, and communication on system changes. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and develop custom ServiceNow applications and workflows. Support ITSM and ITOM modules, including Incident, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Asset Management, and Mobile Agent. Create and manage custom forms, tables, UI policies, scripts, and automated flows. Collaborate with CIT developers and system administrators for integrations and upgrades. Support the ServiceNow environment, resolve incidents, and manage platform upgrades. Monitor system health and performance metrics. Gather requirements, provide training, documentation, and communicate system updates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CAD, CSA, CIS - ITSM). Experience supporting federal health agencies like NIH or HHS. Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML. Experience with ServiceNow integration hub, third-party APIs, and mid-server. Knowledge of DevOps, agile, and CI/CD practices. Understanding of federal IT governance, compliance, and lifecycle management. Compensation and Benefits:
